At SCARPA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SCARPA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or alteration.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
